Due to snow and icy road conditions, Jaynes Family Practice will be closed for in-person services for the safety of our patients and staff.

All scheduled visits will be completed by TELEHEALTH tomorrow!!

Our phones will remain on and calls will be forwarded to ensure uninterrupted care.

Jaynes Family Practice Holiday Closure Notice

At Jaynes Family Practice, we believe family is important. To allow our team and providers the opportunity to spend quality time with their families during the Christmas season, our office will be closed the week of Christmas (beginning 12/20/25 thru 12/28/25).

We will reopen Monday, December 29th at 8am.

If you need to schedule an appointment or, request refills, or take care of any paperwork, please contact us before the closure so we can help you in advance.
