Cumberland Valley Chiropractic Dr. Sheri F. Bingham, formerly Dr. Bunch, and her staff offer a hands-on approach to health care. We are now offering weight loss services.

Our chiropractic office offers traditional "hands-on" chiropractic adjustments, as well as lower force adjusting techniques. Additionally, we offer Flexion-Distraction, which is a technique that has been very successful when treating disc herniations in the lower back and sciatica. We have a variety of therapies, such as ultrasound, traction, and e-stim to enhance the healing process. We try to offer all of our patients tips and exercises they can use at home to speed up the healing process.

Neck and jaw problems are often connected! 🔗

A new study found that people with cervical disc herniations often also have jaw issues, and more severe neck pain can lead to worse jaw symptoms, especially in women.

If your neck feels stiff, painful, or limited, it’s essential to also have your jaw checked. When one area is irritated, it can easily affect the other.

A thorough examination at our office can detect both issues, allowing you to receive the proper treatment and experience faster relief.

Doing the same motion over and over can irritate the tendons in your wrist — especially with all the screen time we have today.

If the doctor can't make it to the office (she lives up a mountain off a back road), then the office might be closed.

A study of nearly 90,000 adults found that people who slept in the brightest bedrooms had higher risks of heart disease, heart attacks, and stroke, even when lifestyle and genetics were taken into account.

Keeping your bedroom dim or fully dark at night is a simple habit that may support long-term heart health, particularly after the age of 40. 🌙😴
