I’ve heard these comments from countless business owners, and my employees about previous bosses.
I get it, running a business is incredibly hard. Being short staffed is stressful. We have a responsibility to our patients, customers, etc.
As business owners, I believe we also have a responsibility to our employees. To make their life a little bit easier.
I’m not saying every workplace can allow kids at work. I’m fortunate that I can.
But you CAN

🆘 Show grace during emergencies
💚 Treat employees like humans instead of production numbers

💯 Show up 100% for your patients, customers, etc
🤝 Stay with you longer
💕 Care more
Supporting your employees’ real lives helps you run a successful business.
Those two things are not opposites. They’re partners. I promise you won’t regret it.
