I took my boys to a trampoline park yesterday and let me tell you, I went ALL in!
Running, jumping, flipping⦠& Iām sore in places I didnāt even know existed. Yes, even my toes š
But hereās what stuck with me⦠this is my WHY.
Not shrinking my body.
Not chasing a number on the scale.
But being the mom who can run, play, jump, and fully show up.
And I know there are real reasons a lot of moms donāt:
⢠Feeling out of shape
⢠Insecurity in your body
⢠Pelvic floor concerns (trust me⦠I was this close a few times yesterday š
)
But those are not reasons you canāt. They are reasons to START.
Because your kids donāt care what you look like.
They care that you are there. In it. With them.
I never want my boys to feel like I canāt show up for them in that way.
So this is your little nudge today š¤
Are you physically able to get down and play with your kids?
Or have you been sitting on the sidelines, waiting for the āright timeā to start?
Because you deserve to feel strong.
And your kids deserve that version of you too.
And the best part? It is not too late to become her.
