Before the week starts, take a few minutes tonight to set yourself up for success:

• Plan your workouts for the week
• Prep a few simple, high-protein meals or snacks
• Fill up your water bottle for tomorrow
• Lay out your workout clothes
• Make a quick plan for busy days (even a 10–15 min workout counts!)
• Set a bedtime so you can start the week feeling rested

Remember: progress isn’t about perfection. It’s about showing up consistently—even in the busy seasons of motherhood. 💛

A little preparation tonight can make a big difference in how your week goes.

I make movement a priority even when my kids are around.

Not because it’s quiet. Not because it’s perfectly structured. But because I want them to grow up seeing that taking care of your body is just part of everyday life.

If I need to move, I include them. To them, it’s not “mom working out.” It’s a game. I’ll start a set and my oldest jumps in beside me. “Look mommy, I’m big and strong like Hulk!” My one year old starts squealing and bouncing like we’re throwing a party in the living room. Sometimes my oldest even coaches me. “Do 5 jumps, mommy!”

And let’s not forget our frequent dance parties to Danny Go!. Both my boys LOVE to dance. We’ll turn on one song and go all in for five minutes. Jumping, spinning, sweating, laughing. A 5 minute dance session burns more calories than you think… and bonus, it usually tires my kiddos out too.

On the days they’re not into my workout, we just move differently. Hide and seek. Chasing each other outside. If they want me on the floor, I flip onto my stomach and turn it into posture and core work while we play.

It’s not perfect. It’s loud. It’s interrupted.

But it’s consistent.

I’m not waiting for the perfect window of time. I’m building a lifestyle right in the middle of motherhood. And they’re learning that movement isn’t punishment. It’s fun. It’s strength. It’s something we get to do together. 💛

Food freedom isn’t eating whatever you want, whenever you want.

It’s knowing how to build a plate that fuels you… and still enjoying the foods you love 🤍

Instead of obsessing over calories, try this:

✨ Build a balanced plate
– Protein (chicken, Greek yogurt, eggs, lean beef)
– Fiber-rich carbs (fruit, rice, potatoes, beans)
– Healthy fats (avocado, nuts, olive oil)
– COLOR 🌈 (the more colorful, the more nutrients)

Think: add, don’t restrict.
Add protein.
Add veggies.
Add fiber.

When your plate is balanced, cravings feel more manageable, energy stays steady, and you stop feeling “out of control” around food.
