Offering for all ages: annual exams, well-child visits, diagnostics, screenings and referrals to advanced care that meets your medical and personal needs. We offer programs and services focusing on wellness, family, diet, activity and exercise to promote healthy lifestyles.

We're thrilled to shine our staff spotlight on Cindy Bishop, one of the dedicated LPN's at our Family Practice office in Cordele !

When asked what she enjoys most about her job, Cindy quickly shared, "My coworkers and my patients." It's clear that the relationships she builds are a highlight of her day.
