Lydia has been with us for 4 years today!! She started as a customer service representative during one of the busiest times of the year for a pharmacy. She was thrust in and had to quickly learn the ropes. We are thankful that she not only learned the role of customer service, but she is now a certified pharmacy technician for our team!
