Started the week slow with daily activations at Journey Coffee, grounding myself in the Word before stepping into everything else 🍵📖
A little reminder I came across: don’t stop be-leafing 🌿

Continuing to grow in my craft, completed this month’s continuing education because I truly believe caring for the body means learning the whole person 🫶
Grateful for sweet surprises too, samples from Myco Clinic during Massage Therapy Appreciation Week 🍄✨

Made space for prayer, stretching, and stillness… because I can’t pour from an empty place 🕯️
And this yellow rose? Stopped me in my tracks; a reminder of how God’s beauty shows up in the smallest moments 🌼

I used to think I had to show up strong all the time…
put together, capable, pouring endlessly without running dry.

But God has been gently teaching me something different.

His strength isn’t found in me having it all together.
It’s found in my surrender.

In the moments I feel stretched, tired, or not enough…
that’s exactly where His grace meets me.

Not when I’ve perfected everything.
Not when I’ve earned it.
But right in the middle of my humanity.

And somehow… that’s where His power shows up the most.

So today I’m choosing to stop striving
and start leaning.

Because His grace isn’t just enough…
it’s abundant 🤍

What’s meant for you will find you… and what God has for you, no one can take.

Lately I’ve been learning to release control and trust God’s timing more than my own.
Not everything that passes us by is a loss… some things are protection, redirection, or preparation.

The right doors won’t require you to force your way in.
The right people won’t make you question your worth.
And what God has already written for you will unfold exactly when it’s meant to. 🤍

Just keep showing up, staying faithful, and trusting that what’s yours… is already on its way.

Weekends like this feel like little glimpses of heaven 🤍

Saturday in Benicia trying Quickley’s new lumpianada; lighter, crispier, and honestly so good.

Sunday filled my cup in a different way…
church, quiet reminders from God, and time spent with a sister in Christ over the most beautiful lunch setting.

Good food, good conversation, and God’s presence woven through it all.

Learning to slow down and savor these moments… they mean more than they used to. ✨

Life lately 🤍

Coming off Easter weekend and the last day of spring break…
just taking it all in.

Not rushing.
Not trying to do everything.
Just being present in the moments God is giving me 🌿

From quiet beauty in the smallest places (this flower stopped me in my tracks 🌸)
to early mornings and mom life adventures 😅
to spaces that feel like purpose…

This week reminded me that
there’s grace in both the slow and the full.

I got to host something new,
serve,
care for others,
and even hold a newborn baby in my arms 🥺🤍

And in that moment…
I felt it so clearly.

I don’t need to rush what God is still writing.

I can trust His timing.
I can honor the season I’m in.

Grateful for it all 🤍

You don’t always need to “do more” to feel better…
sometimes you just need to breathe differently.

Try letting your exhale be longer than your inhale.

Inhale for 4…
exhale for 6 or 8.

That extended exhale tells your body
it’s safe to slow down.

There’s a difference between trying to control everything…
and choosing to commit it to God.

I don’t have to figure out every detail.
I don’t have to force the outcome.

My part is to trust Him with what’s in front of me and take the next step in faith.

God doesn’t need perfect plans…
He just asks for a willing heart.

So today, I’m choosing to release control
and trust that He will do what only He can 🤍✨
