A gentle glimpse into this past week 🤍

From quiet moments surrounded by creation 🌿
to doing the work I’m called to with my hands and heart ✨
to walking, praying, and laughing with sisters in Christ 👭
to celebrating my big sister 🎉
to slowing down enough to create something with my own hands 🎨
and stepping into the next season with intention (new scrubs + a grateful heart) 🤍

Life lately has been a balance of rest, service, sisterhood, and obedience.
So thankful for the small moments God uses to remind me I’m right where I need to be.

So often we try to think our way into peace, clarity, or patience, but the body needs to feel safe first.

Before reacting, fixing, explaining, or pushing through…
pause.
Place one hand on your chest, one on your belly.
Take a few slow breaths.

A regulated nervous system supports clearer choices, softer communication, and deeper rest 🤍

Lately, I’ve been reminded that obedience doesn’t always come with full clarity, just enough light for the next step.
God doesn’t ask us to have it all figured out, only to stay rooted in Him.

Even in seasons that feel stretching or uncertain, He promises guidance, strength, and provision.
I’m learning to trust that when He leads, He also sustains.
May we remain well-watered, even when the ground feels dry 🤍

Rest is not a reward for finishing everything.
It’s a form of trust while God continues the work. 🤍

Today I’m choosing presence over pressure.
Releasing the need to rush, fix, or prove and allowing space for God to move in ways I cannot.

Faith doesn’t always look loud.

I complete continuing education every month because my clients deserve care that’s informed, intentional, and always evolving. This week included renewing my AMTA membership, completing another CE course, and sharing healing work through sacred exchange with a fellow therapist.

Motherhood has a way of stretching us in every direction body, heart, faith.
Today I’m holding onto this simple blessing: that God would bless us and keep us.

Not just in the big moments, but in the ordinary ones… the laughter, the tired eyes, the growing up too fast.

And today, on my son Luke’s birthday, I return to the verse that has followed him from the beginning:

“He will be a joy and delight…” — Luke 1:14

Grateful for another year of watching God grow him, keep him, and cover him.
