Here’s how it works:
• Entry Fee: $5 cash

• Prize: Winner takes the full jackpot 💰

👟 The 7,000-Step Sweet Spot

You’ve probably heard about 10,000 steps—but research shows that around 7,000 steps per day can significantly improve cardiovascular health and reduce health risks.

Simple ways to sneak in more steps:
• Park farther away (yes, even when it’s cold 😅)
• Take a 5–10 minute walk after meals
• Walk while on phone calls
• Add one intentional “movement break” during your workday
• Turn errands into mini step challenges

💡 Pro tip: Consistency beats perfection. Some days will be higher, some lower—and that’s okay.

Tip Tuesday 💡 — Shoes matter more than you think.

👟 If your shoes could talk… they might be begging for retirement.

Worn-out shoes don’t just look tired — they can change how you walk, affect your posture, and contribute to foot, knee, hip, and even back pain.

✅ Check your soles — uneven wear is a red flag
✅ If they feel less supportive than they used to, trust that feeling
✅ Most everyday or workout shoes need replacing every 300–500 miles (or about every 6–12 months depending on use)

Your body absorbs thousands of steps every day. The right support makes all the difference.

👣 Quick check: Look at the bottoms of your most-worn shoes right now… what do they say about your movement?
