Today, on International Women’s Day, I find myself thinking about the women who sit in my chair.

Some walk in quietly after a diagnosis that changed their world overnight. Some come in after surgery, learning how to see themselves again. Some drive hours just to find a place where they feel understood.

And every single time, I witness something powerful.

I watch women who have faced cancer, hair loss, and life-altering moments look in the mirror again. At first there’s uncertainty… and then something shifts. A smile. A tear. A deep breath.

Not because a wig changed who they are, but because they remember that their strength, beauty, and identity were never taken from them.

These women are fighters.
They are survivors.
They are mothers, sisters, leaders, and warriors.

My job may be fitting wigs and prostheses, but the real privilege is witnessing women reclaim their confidence and step back into the world with their heads held high.

So today, I celebrate every woman who has had to rebuild, rediscover, or redefine herself.

You are stronger than you know.
You are more beautiful than you feel.
And your story deserves to be honored.

March is Women’s History Month 💕

Today was one of those days that reminds me exactly why we do what we do at You Again Boutique.

We spent the day fitting several incredible women for wigs and hair solutions. One beautiful client even drove two hours just to see us — and the moment she found the perfect wig and looked in the mirror… her smile said everything.

Hair loss can take a toll on a woman’s confidence, but moments like this remind us that restoration is about more than hair …it's about helping women feel like themselves again.

Every woman who walks through our doors carries strength, resilience, and a story. We are honored to be part of their journey.

Are you compassionate, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others feel their best? You Again Boutique is seeking a warm and reliable Boutique Assistant to join our mission-driven team.
We specialize in wigs, post-surgical garments, and mastectomy products, offering personalized fittings and care to women navigating their wellness journeys. As a Boutique Assistant, you'll play a key role in creating a supportive, welcoming experience for every client.
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients with empathy and professionalism
• Conduct wig and post-surgical garment fittings (training provided)
• Assist with pre-surgery consultations and product selection
• Handle customer intake and appointment scheduling
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely, friendly manner
• Send appointment reminders and follow-up messages
• Pack and ship products with care and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting boutique environment
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, empathetic, and patient demeanor
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and comfort using email and scheduling software
• 2 years or more of previous experience in customer service, healthcare, medical billing, coding or retail preferred
• Must be dependable and able to maintain patient confidentiality. HIPAA compliancy is a must
Location: Cordova, TN
Schedule: Full-Time Tues-Friday and some weekends (30-40 hrs) 10am-6pm weekdays , 10am-4pm (some weekends), must be available for special events and vendor events, especially during Breast Cancer Awareness Month (Oct)
Compensation: Based on experience

Good Morning.
Wanted to take a moment to share the insurance companies that we accept and bill for regarding wigs/cranial prostheses.

Aetna (approved for most hair loss conditions)

Ambetter (only approves wigs for cancer diagnosis)

United Health Care (approvals vary depending on plan, some Medicare advantage plans even cover wigs)

Cigna (approvals vary per plan type)

Tricare East (must have cancer diagnosis)

Blue cross/Anthem (can be a long process … varies depending on plan type)

Medicare doesn’t cover wigs, but if the patient has a secondary plan, the secondary will pick up as long as the provider is CMS certified. Remember I said “secondary”, not supplemental.

Blue Cross of Minnesota (allows $350)

The VA: veterans are eligible for 1 wig per year. You must be approved through your community care program and be diagnosed by a physician. As a veteran, you can choose Cranial Prosthesis & Hair Loss Solutions as your wig provider. Have your VA contact us.

Medica (varies)
