At Corinth Rehabilitation Suites on the Parkway, an individualized care plan is designed to meet each resident's specific needs with comprehensive physical medicine programming to include:
Physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy
Pulmonary rehabilitation
Tracheotomy care/weaning

Advanced modality wound care treatment and therapy to include wound vacs
IV therapy to include TPN

Corinth Rehabilitation Suites on the Parkway is committed to maximizing the functional capabilities of each patient, promoting each person's highest practical level of independence. Therapy treatment is provided by our skilled clinicians in our spacious and fully equipped therapy center that is designed with the latest therapy assessment, monitoring and treatment modalities. Our team of clinicians specializes in understanding the individual needs of our patients and how to best adjust the pace of rehabilitation to maximize success for each patient. The team provides a full range of services including: mobility and endurance recovery, communication and cognitive augmentation, dysphasia management, orthotic fitting and training, pain management, activities of daily living and community living skills restoration. Corinth Rehabilitation Suites on the Parkway offers Pulmonary care with a Pulmonary Medical Specialty Unit. Our goal is to maximize the patient's level of independence and autonomy and increase the quality of life regardless of the condition or prognosis. The pulmonary team on this unit operates under the direction of an independent Pulmonologist (a physician with expertise in managing conditions of the lungs) and a Respiratory Therapist. This unit focuses on the medical management and rehabilitation of those who have pulmonary conditions (conditions of the lungs and airways like COPD and pneumonia). We have piped in wall oxygen as well as medical air and wall suctioning available. In an effort to maximize recovery and function based on individual and condition specific treatment planning, our clinicians provide services such as specialty pulmonary function/exercise capacity testing, oxygen conservation techniques, endurance training and provide pulmonary support groups/education as well as pulmonary specific outcomes/condition impact measurements. Pulmonary patients receive care at all levels in a variety of treatment categories. We do provide care to patients who have recently been weaned from ventilator dependency. Corinth Rehabilitation Suites on the Parkway is committed to delivering quality wound and ostomy care to patients with a variety of comprehensive medical needs. The loss of skin integrity can affect the physiological, psychological and the social well being of the individual suffering from acute or chronic debilitation. It is our goal to aide in the quick healing of wounds. At Corinth Rehabilitation Suites on the Parkway, we have partnered with an Independent Certified Wound-Care Physician. This physician care is combined with continuous quality nursing care and progressive treatment modalities:
Nutritional analysis and intervention by registered dietician
Intensive diabetic stabilization and management
Antibiotic therapy
Superficial and/or chemical debridement
Specialty mattresses and pressure relieving devices

Wound care treatment categories may include the following:
Post surgical wounds
Postoperative skin flaps
Wound infection and associated IV therapy including MRSA and VRE
Any stage pressure ulcer
Amputation site
