Heat exhaustion and Heat stroke are real. If you work outside, get a hat, drink plenty of fluids, replace salt, and get in the cool as often as possible. Work smart. Be careful, and tell your boss if you start having symptoms. Mow the grass early if you can. These temperatures are brutal. Be careful when swimming. You will burn quickly. Use good sunscreen in any situation.
