🌞 Meet Rachel: an LPC-Associate who believes in the healing power of curiosity, compassion, and humor.
She integrates mindfulness and somatic awareness with evidence-based approaches like CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Mindful Self-Compassion. Rachel works with adults and couples navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, low self-esteem, chronic illness, and women’s issues.
Rachel brings warmth, intention, and genuine care to her work. She partners closely with clients to clarify what matters most to them and will gently - but honestly - challenge them when it helps move them toward the life they desire. She believes meaningful change happens within a strong therapeutic relationship, and she works hard to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and refreshingly authentic.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, taking spin classes, watching YouTube video essays, and browsing Facebook Marketplace for the rarest of niceties (a knick knack hates to see her coming).
