Please join me in welcoming Village Counseling's newest member, Karola Richardson! She is accepting new clients and is able to work with clients with BCBS, Cigna, and NCHC at this time. She will soon be in network with Medcost, Cardinal, Partners, and third party Medicaid plans as well. She has immediate after school availability in Cornelius.
Karola works with children and adolescents ages 3-17 who have experienced trauma, attachment disruption, adjustment concerns, and anxiety and depression. She is also LGBTQ friendly! She completed the play therapy concentration at UNCC and is actively working towards becoming a registered play therapist (RPT). She is also trained in child parent relationship therapy (CPRT).
