Building with LEGO® isn’t just fun, it can also help kids build confidence, communication, and connection one brick at a time.

Our 6-week therapeutic group is designed for children ages 9–11 to:
✨ Strengthen social skills
✨ Foster positive peer interactions
✨ Boost teamwork and problem-solving
✨ Gain confidence in making and keeping friendships

📍 In-person at our Cornelius office
🗓️ Thursdays at 5:30 PM beginning October 9th
💲 $375 (includes initial intake, 6 sessions, and all materials)

Justina believes that your treatment should be tailored to you; offering an integrative approach which includes different therapeutic modalities based upon your needs and not simply to check the “correct” boxes. This may include a person centered approach, trauma work, EMDR, art therapy, movement, or inter-directed healing. Therapy is a safe space for individuals and their partners to rediscover their authentic selves and gain the confidence to share that with the world. Justina seeks to walk alongside clients as they rediscover who they are without the pressure or stigmas of who they “should” be. Clients are all unique individual human beings with different experiences, needs, thoughts, desires and goals. Justina additionally works with couples in traditional and non-traditional relationships to navigate these challenges together in a collaborative setting.

We are THRILLED to welcome back Nasir Grayman to the Carolinas Center for Evaluation and Treatment team!
His clinical focus is working with adolescents and young adults (ages 12–28), especially around:
• Identity development and self-exploration
• Navigating major life transitions (school, relationships, early adulthood)
• Managing anxiety, depression, and overwhelming emotions

He also welcomes adult clients beyond that age range who are working through similar challenges and seeking a supportive, affirming space.
