Took a trauma-informed bodywork course to help facilitate healing with clients who have experienced trauma and learn how it presents in their bodies.

I've recently re-discovered a love of running...it gets me outdoors, fosters community and connection, helps me stay consistent in setting goals, and offers many physical/mental/emotional benefits. I participated in my first 10k trail race last month and have more scheduled for 2025.

My son and his girlfriend told me about this place and I'm impressed. Tried an herbal aloe shot, Sweet Tart lit tea, and the Shamrock meal replacement shake after my morning HIIT workout. Met the owners, Pat and Sam, who are super friendly and knowledgeable. Since my office is nearby, I'll plan to make this a weekly stop!
