Sometimes the system just needs to settle.

Some weeks feel like everything is on fire.
Not literally—but internally.

Too many moving pieces.
Too many decisions.
Too much noise.

And even if nothing is actually wrong…
your system doesn’t know the difference.

It just keeps running.

That’s usually when I realize:

I don’t need to fix everything.

I need to settle.

Not shut down.
Not check out.

Just bring things down a notch.

Because if we don’t interrupt it—
we start repeating it.

And repetition, whether we like it or not…
becomes identity.
