When we strengthen the body through exercise, we start to feel stronger throughout the rest of the day... Similarly, when we are able to soften tension, release distractions, and focus during meditation, we become able to do this with more ease throughout our day💫
This ability does not start and end with practice; this is just where we learn to do it. What we experience in our practice we can also cultivate in our lives❣️
Through practicing on the cushion, we also learn how to notice sources of imbalance and care for each aspect of ourselves in every moment of our everyday lives.
