Cornell Health Services Our small town is located along the beautiful Chippewa River, and we have been serving the Cornell and surrounding communities since 1984.

We are proud to be active members of the Cornell Area Betterment Association and proud to embrace our community which is home to the Brunet Island State Park, Old Abe State Trail, and the only remaining pulpwood stacker. We recently were awarded a 2020 – Commitment to Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). The Award Program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. This award recognizes our commitment to the pursuit of quality and our focus on developing systems and protocols that meet our residents’ needs and provide consistent quality care.
