Our small town is located along the beautiful Chippewa River, and we have been serving the Cornell and surrounding communities since 1984.

At Cornell Health Services we pride ourselves on creating an environment that feels like home, with the safety and comfort of having family and friends with you each day. We are proud to be active members of the Cornell Area Betterment Association and proud to embrace our community which is home to the Brunet Island State Park, Old Abe State Trail, and the only remaining pulpwood stacker. We recently were awarded a 2020 – Commitment to Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). The Award Program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. This award recognizes our commitment to the pursuit of quality and our focus on developing systems and protocols that meet our residents’ needs and provide consistent quality care. Residents had a wonderful time visiting Grumpy Grampa’s Fruit Farm! 🍎🥧🍂

They enjoyed tasting fresh apples, sipping delicious apple cider, and spending a beautiful fall day together! We made good use of the apples donated by Grumpy Grampa’s and baked delicious apple muffins!

A big thank you to Grumpy Grampa’s for your generosity and helping our residents enjoy such a sweet and memorable autumn day!
