Our small town is located along the beautiful Chippewa River, and we have been serving the Cornell and surrounding communities since 1984.

At Cornell Health Services we pride ourselves on creating an environment that feels like home, with the safety and comfort of having family and friends with you each day. We are proud to be active members of the Cornell Area Betterment Association and proud to embrace our community which is home to the Brunet Island State Park, Old Abe State Trail, and the only remaining pulpwood stacker. We recently were awarded a 2020 – Commitment to Quality Award by the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL). The Award Program has three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. This award recognizes our commitment to the pursuit of quality and our focus on developing systems and protocols that meet our residents’ needs and provide consistent quality care. LPN Anna has been a valued member of the Cornell Health Services team since 2022, and in that time, she has made a lasting impact on both her colleagues and the countless individuals she supports each day. Her dedication, professionalism, and compassionate approach to care truly embody the mission and values of Cornell Health Services.

One fun fact that many people may not know about Anna is that she loves crafting! In her role at Cornell Health Services, Anna appreciates the variety of care she is able to provide. Her adaptability and commitment to high-quality care makes her an incredibly hard worker and essential part of the team.

💖 Happy Valentine’s Day from Cornell Health Services! 💖

We had a wonderful day celebrating with our residents and staff. Our team hosted a “Build Your Own Candy Bag” table filled with all kinds of sweet treats, and it was a huge hit!

Residents also enjoyed ice cream, notes, and plenty of goodies throughout the day, making it extra special.

A heartfelt thank you to Warm Kids Wisconsin for their generous donation of stuffed animals, cards, and treats. Your kindness truly made a difference and brought so many smiles to our residents’ faces. They are so grateful!

It was a fun filled day full of sweetness, laughter, and love!

Congratulations to Bambi Sikora, who was recently recognized at the WHCA/WiCAL 2025 Fall Conference for winning the Shining Star Director of Nursing Award! Bambi is a Vice President of Success for North Shore Health, but previously served as a Senior Director of Nursing at Cornell Health Services.

Bambi fosters an environment of collaboration and respect, where every team member feels valued and empowered. Her approachable demeanor and dedication to mentorship have played a pivotal role in developing the next generation of nursing leaders within our organization.

After three wonderful years with Cornell Health Services, Social Worker Jade is moving onto her next adventure. Jade has been an incredibly hard worker and amazing team member. Merry Christmas from our center! We enjoyed a wonderful spread of food as a small way to thank our amazing staff for everything they do for our residents. A big thank you to our Activities Director’s husband, Grant, for preparing all of the delicious food - we truly appreciate it!
