We’re excited to welcome Angie to Lumen + Root Spa, offering FREE Healing Touch sessions as she completes her course of study. These sessions are a beautiful opportunity to experience a gentle, heart-centered energy therapy that supports relaxation, balance, and the body’s natural healing process.

Healing Touch uses intentional, light touch to help calm the nervous system and may support relief from stress, headaches, fatigue, sleep disturbances, and emotional overwhelm.
