Reiki is a Japanese healing art that utilizes the flow of universal life force energy to aid in stress reduction and promote healing. The client remains fully clothed lying on their back as the practitioner uses various hand placement to facilitate the balancing of the chakras. $40 for 30 minutes, $80 for 1hr, (5) 30 minute session package for $150, (5) 1hr session package deal $275

Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) is a technique in which the practitioner applies gentle touch to various points strategically along the energy meridians of the body to aid in clearing blockages. Energy blockages can be caused by physical trauma, emotional crisis, stress, fear, suppressed feelings and self-limiting thoughts and can leave one feeling exhausted. Clearing this opens the body to universal life force to aid the body in healing itself. $80 1hr, (5) sessions $275
