Due to the icy road conditions, we will not be running routes on Monday or Tuesday. Please continue to check back here for updates as we are unsure of what the conditions will be for the rest of this week. Inclement Weather Policy
We make every effort to be at your place every week. However occasionally due to inclement weather (icy road conditions, etc), we may be unable to run. If we are unable to run for 2 consecutive days, it is impossible for us to get all routes run that week. In such situations, we get as many people as we can with the time available that week and on the roads with the best conditions (usually towns and highways). If we are unable to get to you that week, we will pick up trash for both weeks the following week. There will be no credit issued to accounts due to inability to run that week. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause but the circumstances are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience during this time.
