Rehab at Home Specialized physical therapy in the comfort and convenience of your own home. Cassie Abernatha, PT, GCS, CEEAA

Rehab at home is an alternative to outpatient PT in a clinic and home care. Physical Therapy services are covered by Medicare B and most private insurance. Treatment provided by therapists specializing in geriatrics, orthopedics and neurologic disorders. Referrals received from physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and hospitals. Patients are not required to be home bound to receive services.
