Seeking the right long-term pet home for one Australian Shepherd puppy.

We are thoughtfully exploring placement for a male Australian Shepherd puppy, almost 4 months old, raised with his parents and receiving high-quality nutrition, veterinary care, and ongoing training.

He is confident in familiar environments and benefits from patient support when building confidence in new settings. He will thrive in a calm home that understands confidence-building is a process and is willing to continue positive, thoughtful exposure at his pace.

This placement is intended for a companion pet home. A home without dominant dogs, or larger dogs. “Teddy” is currently around 25 lbs, and will probably reach 45- 50 lbs when fully mature.
Familiarity with herding breeds or similar working dogs is strongly preferred.

We will be thoughtful and discerning in selecting the home where we believe he will thrive most.

Can you imagine your favorite Teddy Bear coming to life, and giving you kisses, snuggles, and constant love? These fuzzy pups are so cuddly, that I had to rename one of the pups from Kink ( he does have a kink in his tail). To Theodore ( Teddy) Bear (Bear after his father, who is Copper Bear). Silly, yes., but the 3 year old in me wanted to name our family dog Teddy Bear when we got a new puppy.. we all put names into a bag- my older sister asked me what I wanted to name our new puppy, and I remember looking around and seeing a Teddy Bear, so I said Teddy Bear. Would you believe that was the name that was pulled out of the bag ( lol), but my father came in and overruled that name!! That pup became my first best friend, and his name was Sam. This time, the 3 year old in me got to name her pup.. Teddy Bear.. ( I know.. it is silly.. but this pup is silly and full of Joy, and he is snuggly, So.. I have a real life “Teddy” Bear.
