I use Reiki, Integrated Energy Therapy and Divine guidance to assist in rejuvenating areas of the body where energy is stuck or blocked and may be storing emotional trauma on a physical level. The meditations offered are meant to help decrease stress, improve mental clarity and energy and foster creativity. Meditation is an excellent tool to incorporate into your daily life, especially during times of distress. In a supportive environment I create space for my clients using a variety of modalities by incorporating certain aspects of the Primary Food Wheel, which, by the way, has very little to do with the food on your plate. At times I also utilize the Tarot and the pendulum to assist in your experience and growth.

We took several shots- alone & with my family and this orb stuck around for each picture.

Our loved ones (people & pets) are always with us -watching over us. This was so incredible & beautiful 🙌♥️
Even though I do psychic & mediumship work- I know what it is to grieve, I know what it feels like to miss someone and I know how hard that transition can be of getting back to everyday life.
