Our spring weather has been a sweet surprise here on the beach 🌞

We’ve incorporated light therapy into a few of our clients sessions and are loving how personalized our offerings are becoming. We love the work we do and are so happy to be able to offer these new add-ons with our in home services.

✨Happy New Year✨

We hope your holidays have been sweet and spent with loved ones, we have taken a little social media break for a holidays and it has been the perfect break we need!

We are so grateful for another year of Outer Banks Massage Therapy and are happy to share our website rebrand is up and live! We have added on a few add-ons for our in home services we haven’t had since our days at our brick and mortar.

Check out our new website to learn more about these offerings and how to add them in your treatments with us. We are thrilled to be able to bring these offerings to you in the new year!

The holiday season is coming up quickly and even with this time of year being sweet and tender, it can come with a lot of unwanted stresses as well. Receiving bodywork is a great way to manage these stresses so you can fully enjoy this time of year.

To be able to wind down and be present with loved ones can be a true gift, especially for the holidays. For you or a family member, we’d love to be a part of that unwind as we have for some families year after year!

We will be at the Harvest Market this Saturday Nov. 15th offering chair massage with a table set up for LED Light Therapy sessions as well. If you’ve had doubts on whether bodywork or light therapy will benefit you, come out this Saturday and try out these offerings with us✨

Our first pop up is in less than 1 week!

We’ll be set up at the Down The Road Art Market this Sunday in Kitty Hawk providing free chair and LED light therapy sessions.

We are so excited to be incorporating LED light therapy into our practice. LED light therapy is effective in treating aging skin, pain, inflammation, hair restoration and more. The absorbed light energy enhances cellular performance, promoting self-repair and rejuvenation—just as nature intended.

Treating clients with LED light therapy was definitely one of our goals this year and we are thrilled seeing it come to fruition! Come on out this Sunday at Arts Place and see if light therapy is right for you✨

The time has come……..

We are finally giving our business image the love it deserves and rebranding our website AND logo!

Long overdue has our branding felt a little out of touch from what we resonate with. And for a while it has seemed too daunting a task as we’ve had this look for so long! Out of fear of our clients no longer recognizing us we have put it off a little longer than we’d like.

When 2025 came we felt it was time for the change and made it a goal of ours to give our branding a little TLC ✨

We are expecting to launch our new look this November and cannot be more thrilled about it! We’ll post sneak peaks of our transition in the next coming weeks and hope you all love it as much as we do 🤍
