We have a 20 years expertise in migraine headaches treatment.
1- Investigating sympathetic/parasympathetic Signaling System within a Neuroma of Zygomatico-Temporal -nerve at the affected site.
2- Differentiating between Cholinergic versus Adrenergic receptors of a post ganglionic innervation. Or surprise ganglionic cell signaling in a Cluster pattern of neurotransmitter release or discharge of impulses.
3- FURROW II clinical study elucidating two characteristic etiologies of the Cluster Headaches. We are looking into the:
4- Presence or Absence of ZT- Neuroma at the affected temple site, Irregular neuronal proliferation, ganglion neuronal cells, presence or absence of any inflammatory cells [Neutrophils, Lymphocytes, Macrophages]- Microscopic examination
5- Characterization of the neuroma signaling Peptides: Adrenergic VS. Cholinergic by immunohistochemistry staining, or Immunofluorescence staining which ever feasible for characterization –Micro fascicles of axonal sprouts, filamentous tissue, and vesicles.
