World Karate Do/ Miura Dojo (California Branch) is now offering a bi-monthly karate class every 2nd and 4th Saturday, taught by Sensei Angie Yeoh-Lewis (a 5th degree black belt, a student of Shuseki Shihan Miura, a world champion fighter with 30+ years’ experience). This dynamic class will integrate:
• deep stretching
• basic karate training
• striking
• self-defense
• calisthenics and strength training
All are welcome! This class can be tailored and modified, if necessary. Come join and discover and develop new aspects ofyourself though a fun, challenging Karate class!
