The most important part of our Reiki Classes is the attunement at each level. An attunement is a secret and sacred process passed down from Reiki Master Teachers. They may vary slightly as Reiki has traditionally been passed down orally and not written down.
Each Level the attunement increases the student recipient’s power exponentially.

All Reiki classes include lecture, attunement, instruction, and practice.

sound baths are so much more than just a relaxation experience. As the frequencies and vibrations permeate through our bodies and harmonize with our soul, our own energetic balance becomes equalized. Sound has a unique healing element to it as each musical note relates to a certain energy center within and surrounding our bodies. Our own bodies are similar to those of instruments in the sense that as time progresses, we can become “out of tune”, so to speak and in need to a re-calibration. As we sink into the meditation, our bodies’s energy centers are washed over by healing sounds, clearing the subconscious of energetic and emotional blockages, while nourishing each individual cell inside. ⁣

During the Full Moon, both sun and moon are at opposite sides of the our Earth, exerting their influences upon the Earth, creating a polarity of Yin and Yang energy. At a time where the greatest potential for tension is present, we are given a chance to use that potential towards a manner of inner healing. The moon enlightens us on the disparity that we may have within us, allowing us to reflect on this inner polarity. Just as the moon governs the tides and waves of our waters, so does it have an affect upon our own bodily fluids. Fluctuations in own internal energy systems causes shifts that lead to greater awareness, emotional releases, and deeper connections to our own divinity. The lunar mother grants us a sense of purification, casting out a reminder of that beautiful light that resides within us at all times.⁣
