Healing isn’t a straight path. It moves through pain, change, and deep transformation… in the body, in our surroundings, and within our hearts. I’ve walked through those seasons myself, with many times of loss, uncertainty, and renewal.

That’s why community healing means so much to me. Our sound baths bring together students I’ve trained, clients who’ve shared their journeys with me for years, and new friends just beginning theirs.

Every gathering reminds me that when we come together with open hearts, healing expands beyond any one person. It ripples through all of us!

Our last sound bath was filled with emotion and connection, with so many people able to find peace, clarity, and allow their bodies to finally release. It was truly powerful to witness.

Whenever you think about familiar problems or challenges, you’re thinking in the past.

Each thought or memory about the past is associated with a certain emotion. In other words, any emotional reaction you feel causes your body to live in the past. In these moments, you’re no longer living in the present moment – or creating a new future.

To create a new life, you have to leave part of yourself behind. It is the overcoming process that is the becoming process. And when you overcome those familiar reactions of the past, you develop a greater level of consciousness.

By overcoming your past and synchronizing your energy to a future reality, you can begin to draw experiences to you – creating new opportunities, synchronicities, and coincidences in your life.
