We are a full service outpatient physical therapy clinic operating in the
Corona-Norco area since 2013. We provide services to those located in Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Orange County and Los Angeles County. Our licensed physical therapists have over 35 years of combined experience working in the field. Our specialty lies in athletic recovery and maintenance; however, our therapists

have extensive knowledge in treating a variety of injuries and dysfunctions for adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. We offer tailored treatment plans and a wide range of equipment to meet your needs and goals.

One of the biggest goals after ACL surgery is rebuilding real strength.

That’s why we test max strength with movements like the sumo deadlift and hip thrust. They give us a clear look at how strong the hips and posterior chain are, and the load capacity of the muscles.

These muscles play a huge role in supporting the knee when athletes run, jump, and change direction.

Time alone doesn’t prepare you for sport — strength does. 💪🏽
