One of the biggest goals after ACL surgery is rebuilding real strength.
That’s why we test max strength with movements like the sumo deadlift and hip thrust. They give us a clear look at how strong the hips and posterior chain are, and the load capacity of the muscles.
These muscles play a huge role in supporting the knee when athletes run, jump, and change direction.
Time alone doesn’t prepare you for sport — strength does. 💪🏽
