Once or twice a day (especially after sitting or training):
1. Lie on your back on the floor
2. Bend your knees, feet flat, hip-width apart
3. Let your lower back relax into the floor (donโ€™t force it)
4. Place one hand on your belly, one on your chest
5. Breathe slowly into your belly for 5โ€“7 minutes
