I enjoy meeting new people interested in getting fit, and/or challenging themselves to get stronger & in better shape than before. I encourage you to embrace a healthy active lifestyle, so that you may be strong in body, mind & soul for the long term. I look forward to our classes together and working with you towards your fitness goals. If you have a desire to lose weight, increase your endurance, or work your strength, I can address your needs. I have a variety of group classes and Personal Training is available for one person or up to 3. Originally I come from Toronto, Canada and moved to the States in 1998 to El Paso, Texas. I have been in fitness all my life and enjoy doing triathlons in my spare time to keep up with my goals. I have certifications with AFAA ( American Federation of Aerobic Instructors). I continue to update my certifications every 2 yrs ,and have been certified since 2004. I am a Corona Chamber of Commerce member and licensed through the City. I encourage you to work hard and do your best! . Be consistent & deligent in your pursuit of your fitness goals. Support your exercise efforts with a sound nutritional plan to achieve your goals. Results are guaranteed to happen! Once you get in the “habit” your body will begin to change. I will challenge you to continue to improve. Focus on your goals! Sometimes a few smaller goals can get you to that bigger goal at the end. Complimentary measurements & body fat are available, just make an appointment.
