Kissed By A Shark Wellness I offer one-on-one fitness training and nutritional consulting for clients of all ages. I moved to Corona in July 08 from Dallas/Fort Worth area in Texas.

I enjoy meeting new people interested in getting fit, and/or challenging themselves to get stronger & in better shape than before. I encourage you to embrace a healthy active lifestyle, so that you may be strong in body, mind & soul for the long term. I look forward to our classes together and working with you towards your fitness goals. If you have a desire to lose weight, increase your endurance, or work your strength, I can address your needs. I have a variety of group classes and Personal Training is available for one person or up to 3. Originally I come from Toronto, Canada and moved to the States in 1998 to El Paso, Texas. I have been in fitness all my life and enjoy doing triathlons in my spare time to keep up with my goals. I have certifications with AFAA ( American Federation of Aerobic Instructors). I continue to update my certifications every 2 yrs ,and have been certified since 2004. I am a Corona Chamber of Commerce member and licensed through the City. I encourage you to work hard and do your best! . Be consistent & deligent in your pursuit of your fitness goals. Support your exercise efforts with a sound nutritional plan to achieve your goals. Results are guaranteed to happen! Once you get in the “habit” your body will begin to change. I will challenge you to continue to improve. Focus on your goals! Sometimes a few smaller goals can get you to that bigger goal at the end. Complimentary measurements & body fat are available, just make an appointment. I’m so excited to be the race director of Run 4 Sharks and honored to be the SoCal Chair of Shark Stewards fighting for ocean health and sharks in their role and starting our first Ocean Academy with an amazing group of teachers with Randy Poggio , Vice Principal and scuba friend of mine… taking these kids to the beach for cleanups, Newport Bay Conservancy to learn about estuaries and their path to the ocean, to Catalina Divers Supply on Catalina to learn about their marine protected area and the botanical gardens… so many adventures planned for these kids into 2025… come support their journey and our youth education programs and REGISTER TODAY !! 1 week to go! Fabulous day! Starting with a beach cleanup in Long Beach with Shark Stewards Ocean Academy group from South Junior High School - AUHSD and their Vice Principal Randy Poggio getting our kids ready for their journey into ocean conservation supporting our SoCal Run 4 Sharks and ending with an ocean swim with my Sportkini , it was freezing because I figured no wetsuit, sure why not? Took me 20 mins to warm up 🤣🫶🥳all good !!
