We had two classes today to remember our fallen heros. Our 8am class completed a Murph, which is a 1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, and 300 squats, finished by another 1 mile run. Our 9am did a High Fitness class in honor of our instructor Christy’s brother, Kage, who gave his life in service. Happy Memorial Day. 🇺🇸

My Kids Sports Training Summer Camp starts Monday June 10th and goes for 2 weeks! I will have availability Friday June 7th at 12pm and Saturday 10am for parents to come in and ask questions, and sign up if you haven’t done so online. (I’ll post link in comments)

This holiday season I am going to guide you and show you how to dial into the two main factors that help you build lean mass and burn fat. 👊🏼

Did you know that exercise actually has the least impact on your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure)? That’s why it is so important to incorporate strength training into your routine and build lean mass. Proper strength training for hypertrophy is doing 3-6 sets of 2-4 strength exercises working a specific muscle group with 6-10 reps of about 75-85% of your 1 rep max. This will increase your basal metabolic rate which has the greatest overall impact of your TDEE.

Congratulations to our SoreCore Fit in 4 challengers. You are all winners in my book, but we still like to crown one winner for the biggest drop in body fat. Jessica (red tank) let go of 12.4 pounds, lost 4.5 inches off her waist, and lowered her body fat by 3.3% to take the win for this challenge. Amazing results in just 4 weeks!! Give her a huge shout out. 👏🏼👏🏼
