Medicine? Part 1- For deep depression and high anxiety is therapy enough? While body focused therapy brings amazing results in clients with these issues, sometimes a short course of medication can be helpful in the process. There’s no shame in taking medication. At any given time over 30% of the population is taking some kind of psychotropic medication. Stop shaming yourself or others if you are using medication to help with symptoms.

it’s a recipe for health problems as we age. Downtime is key.
