This is a 2 year follow up photos. It show the significant improvement in her profile, front and basal views. Her breathing has improved after the surgery.

The shape is very natural as the swelling went down. The nasal deviation has also improved.

Q: can preservation rhinoplasty correct nasal deviation?
The answer is generally yes but some cases will require precision rhinoplasty to correct the deviation. In this case the nasal deviation was corrected with preservation technique.

Questions: is gynecomastia surgery a same day surgery?
Yes. Most of the gynecomastia surgery is done in out patient facility and the patient can go home after the surgery. The surgery can be done under local Anesthesia or even under general Anesthesia.
