I wish we would stop repeating this myth, and oversimplifying the situation.
As a person who was overweight most of my life, this is simply not true. Time to stop the madness

Today is a chill day, the weather is gloomy, and we get to chill.Sometimes we just need that.
It's about self care. Knowing when to push your limits, and when to stop..
For years, I didn't know limits existed, until my body said,

Hormones play a big role in the way our bodies behave. If you’re feeling a bit imbalanced (especially if it’s that time of the month), these oils can help support the bodily systems that influence and control hormones:

Clary Sage - Research has demonstrate that inhaling clary sage (aka salvia sclarea) can lower cortisone levels (a stress hormone) by 36% as well as improve the levels of your thyroid hormones.

Lavender - A classic. Use it to help induce sleep or calm the mind. The smell of lavender helps to whisk away stress and anxiety while helping your body rebalance emotions.

Ylang-ylang - This scent can reduce blood pressure by calming stress levels. It’s also been said to boost the libido!
