A friendly reminder to practice self-care .... With the holidays upon us, we sometimes forget that Yoga and Mindfulness can really help reduce the stress and tension that can build during the busy holiday season. Even if you love this time of year and you’re enjoying yourself, all the activities and to-do-list can get a little overwhelming and end up wreaking havoc on your overall well-being.
