That’s why these classes are limited to 5 women and are at the beginner level in a calm, encouraging space. During a commute recently I heard an oldie but goodie — “Dare You to Move” by Switchioft 😆 and this lyric really hit me. “Maybe forgiveness is right where you fell.” Forgiveness being right where we fall. In that moment… when we fail, fall short, make a questionable choice… that’s where we should forgive ourselves. Right then. That’s the moment to recognize it, understand why we did it and move forward. 💚
