I’m overjoyed to share that I’m officially a grandma! 💕 My daughter gave birth to a healthy baby, and both mama and baby are doing wonderfully. Watching her go through this journey reminded me just how amazing the human body is. I’m so thankful I could support her recovery — my MLD training has helped with the postpartum swelling! Feeling deeply grateful and full of love in this new season.

I’m reminded just how amazing and powerful touch can be. 💕
Prenatal massage doesn’t make labor start — it helps the body relax, find balance, and release oxytocin, the “love hormone” that supports connection and calm as the body prepares for birth.

It’s a grounding, nurturing way to ease into that final stretch before baby arrives. Every birth story is different, and this one’s been such a special journey 💆‍♀️💖

✨ This may be one of the last times I get to massage my sweet “2-for-1.” 💕 She is so ready to welcome her little one, and it’s been such a privilege to walk with her through this season. These moments of stillness, care, and connection before everything changes are truly sacred. 🌸

Soon she’ll trade the weight of carrying for the joy of holding, and my heart couldn’t be happier for her. 💖🍼
