Vinyasa Wednesday with Allison 8-9am Every Wednesday at Zaya Starting October 15th!
Start your midweek morning with an energizing Vinyasa flow designed to awaken your body, clear your mind, and connect you to your breath. In this class, expect creative sequencing, mindful transitions, and a balance of strength and ease.

Allison’s Vinyasa classes weave together breath, alignment, and fluid movement to help you drop out of your head and into your body. You’ll leave feeling grounded, recharged, and ready to move through your day with clarity and intention.

Many of you know I’ve been suffering from an injury to my shoulder/neck. I’m still trying to get that fixed. Waiting on an MRI…. Gotta love insurance companies!
