We often focus on the back, neck, and shoulders when booking massage, but our legs and hands do so much heavy lifting every single day. From walking, standing, typing, driving, lifting, or simply holding stress-these areas quietly carry the load.

Working on your legs helps improve circulation, ease tension, and support balance, while releasing the hands can relieve overuse and calm the nervous system.
