This recognition highlights her dedication to serving women and families through her work with My Direct Obstetric Care Nonprofit Clinic, where she has worked tirelessly to expand access to compassionate, prenatal care.

Dr. Khatibi had the honor of attending the American Heart Association's annual Heart Ball on Valentine’s Day — a beautiful evening dedicated to raising awareness and advancing the fight against cardiovascular disease. At the Heart Ball, Dr. Khatibi met up with KIII 3 News's John-Thomas Kobos and Dr. Salim Surani!

Heart health is primary health. At New Life Direct Primary Care, prevention is at the core of what we do — from blood pressure management and cholesterol screening to lifestyle counseling and long-term cardiovascular risk reduction. Events like this remind us why proactive, relationship-based care matters so much.

We’re proud to see Dr. Khatibi supporting initiatives that strengthen the health of our entire community.

We’re excited to share that our own Dr. Khatibi has officially joined the Board of Censors for the Nueces County Medical Society (NCMS)! She is happy to be a part of NCMS and is ready to serve the people of Nueces County!

Dr. Khatibi also had a wonderful time attending the NCMS Mix & Mingle on January 14th, connecting with fellow physicians and leaders from across the region.

Being involved in organizations like NCMS is incredibly important—especially for primary care physicians. Strong community engagement allows doctors to build meaningful relationships with specialists, collaborate more effectively, and stay closely connected to the real concerns facing both physicians and patients today. These connections ultimately lead to better advocacy, better care, and stronger communities.

We’re proud of Dr. Khatibi’s continued commitment to service, leadership, and collaboration within the medical community!

Notice to Our Patients!

This past Saturday, New Life Direct Primary Care was excited to join Physicians Premier Emergency Room in celebration for their expansion at their Saratoga location! The Grand Re-Opening was a fun filled event with delicious treats and giveaways! Thank you to Physicians Premier for hosting such a lovely event!

Holiday Hours Notice!

New Life Direct Primary Care will be closing early at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, November 26th.
The clinic will be closed on Thursday, November 27th, and Friday, November 28th so our team can enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday with family and friends.

We are grateful for our patients and look forward to seeing you when we reopen on Monday, December 1.
