We provide short and long-term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness. We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference.

Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

💙🎉With National Activity Professionals Week right around the corner, we treated our Activity Department to a fun lunch at Railroad Seafood & Brewery - Downtown!

We're proud to recognize Melinda, our Activity Director, and Peggy, Sky, and Josie, our Activity Aides, for the incredible work they do in our facility. Throughout the week, they were showered with daily goodies, and we wrapped it all up with a team lunch and gifts. Thanks for all you do, ladies! ✨️
