Anthony is our dedicated veteran from the Army, where he served for 11 years before transitioning into nursing. With a wealth of medical experience in areas such as medical-surgical care, critical care, and dialysis, he is now on the path to becoming a nurse practitioner. Anthony currently is the conscious sedation nurse for the practice.

A fun fact about Anthony is that he never meets a stranger; he genuinely enjoys engaging with others and loves to talk.

On the last day of National Medical Assistant Week, we would also like to take time to introduce Teah! 💐
Teah is one of our Registered Medical Assistants, Teah helps Dr. Misick with the clinic but she is also a big part of the surgeries we do in the office! She has been working with Dr. Misick for close to two years now and she is currently in school for Nursing. We are proud to say our Teah is getting married this December!
Let's give Teah her flowers today!

In honor of National MA Week we would like to introduce Alexis! 💗
Alexis is one of our Registered Medical Assistants, she is a main part of clinic as she evaluates the patients before Dr. Misick gets in the room. She is also in charge of scheduling patients for clinic and sending ultrasound orders. Alexis' family is about to grow, she is expecting her first baby next month!

PAD symptoms aren't always apparent, leg cramping and pain can often be mistaken for other causes like dehydration. PAD, when left untreated, can cause tissue damage due to decreased blood flow. If you have a history of smoking, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, or diabetes your risk of developing PAD is increased. Stay one step ahead of PAD and make sure your primary care doctor does pedal pulse checks regularly. Stay Healthy!
