CERTIFICATE DAY — Celebrating Our Latest Level Ups! 🌟
Congratulations to all the Contenders who leveled up during our most recent training cycle! From January through mid-February, you all showed incredible commitment, consistency, and effort in the gym. We’re proud of each of you for pushing your limits and continuing to grow. 💪
At Contender CrossFit, we follow the Level Method, a comprehensive fitness system that guides athletes through every stage of development. With color-coded levels ranging from beginner to elite, it helps ensure athletes are training at the right intensity while providing clear pathways for progress. ⭐
Throughout each training cycle, we incorporate specific assessments to measure improvements and give athletes the chance to challenge themselves. During this cycle, we focused on Deadlift, Rowing, Aerobic Power Intervals, and Weightlifting. These tests help track progress across strength, endurance, and overall performance and they’re a great opportunity to see the results of the hard work you’ve been putting in. 🤩
Certificate Day takes place on the first Tuesday after assessments and gives us a chance to celebrate the progress happening in our community. If you leveled up but weren’t able to make it to class, be sure to let a coach know so we can make sure you receive your certificate — every achievement deserves recognition! 😄
We’re excited about the updated programming structure we’ve introduced this year. With longer training cycles, athletes now have more time to focus on skill development, build strength, and make meaningful progress leading into major events like the CrossFit Open. 🚀
