The Energy of Karma: What You Think, Say, and Do

I first heard these teachings in 2008 during my Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training. Something in that lecture struck a deep chord within me. At the time, I may have only walked away with one sentence—but that one sentence has been quietly stewing and brewing inside of me for all these years.

Now, all this time later, the words and wisdom have finally taken form. This is the first time I’ve had both the language and the lived experience to share it—and I feel that this may be the most powerful workshop I’ve ever offered.

It weaves together everything we’ve explored this year—The Blame Game, Letting Go, Forgiveness, and now, Karma.
Because once you know, you can’t not know.
Because energy moves through every thought, word, and action.
Because healing begins when awareness deepens.
