Abbott expected to issue executive order setting age requirements for THC-products, other restrictions. The executive order comes after the Legislature ended a special session without the House, Senate and governor agreeing on restrictions.

We at the Texas H**p Coalition are working with the Governors office on these rule changes. Stay tuned for more updates.

The Senate is taking action on SB 5 and should make its way to the floor for a vote soon. This bill would BAN all THC consumable products but CBD & CBG. Now is the time for YOU to voice your opposition. CALL CALL CALL! EMAIL EMAIL EMAIL!

✔️Send emails and letters to your legislators against SB 5.
