From Survival to Service: My Journey With The LICE ANGELS

There was a time when I felt overwhelmed, embarrassed, and desperate for answers like so many parents do when head lice enters their home. What I quickly learned was that lice isn’t just a nuisance; it’s emotional, stressful, and surrounded by shame and misinformation.

I didn’t start The LICE ANGELS because I wanted another business. I started it because I needed real solutions safe ones and I realized families everywhere were being failed by harsh, ineffective treatments and a lack of proper education.

I threw myself into research, training, and hands on experience. I learned that lice removal isn’t about quick fixes; it’s about patience, precision, compassion, and education. That’s where The LICE ANGELS was born from a place of wanting to truly help, not just sell a product.

For over a decade now, I’ve had the honor of helping thousands of families regain peace in their homes. We treat babies as young as four months old using holistic, all-natural methods, and we focus on education so parents leave empowered, not afraid.

What started as a small mission has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of. Our products are now available on Amazon, we hold a contract with Driscoll Children’s Hospital, and we accept Driscoll Health Plan Medicaid with a doctor’s referral milestones I never imagined in the early days.

But this has never been just about lice.

It’s about restoring confidence to parents, protecting children, removing stigma, and showing families that they’re not alone. It’s about turning something overwhelming into something manageable and doing it with kindness and care.

As a woman owned business, this journey has also shown me what’s possible when faith, resilience, and hard work come together. Every family we help reminds me why I started.

I truly believe this was my calling. And I’m grateful every single day that I get to do work that serves others and makes a real difference.

can honestly finally breathe

I got to witness two Christmas miracles made possible by the love of my community and the missions God placed on my heart.

A sweet little girl who was homeless just weeks ago is now in her own apartment, sleeping in her own cozy bed, and waking up to presents under the Christmas tree. Seeing the joy in her eyes is something I will never forget.

I also had the honor of helping a grandma and her grandbabies who otherwise were not going to have a Christmas at all.

To say my mission is complete would be an understatement. My heart is full, my spirit is grateful, and I am forever humbled.

I cannot wait to see what 2026 holds. God is so good. 🤍✨

Thank you to Big Bertha Foundation and Pops Bar here in Corpus Christi, Texas, for your incredible generosity. Because of you, & our community this sweet grandma in need received gifts, food, and a $500 donation along with the joy of knowing she wasn’t forgotten this Christmas.

She had no Christmas tree and no gifts for her grandbabies, but once again, our community came together and made it happen. This is what it means to truly show up for one another.

Another Christmas miracle accomplished this morning.

A sweet grandma reached out to me and shared that she still didn’t have a Christmas tree or gifts for her grandbabies. There was absolutely no way I was going to let that happen.

I truly wish I could help everyone who has reached out my heart wants to but today, I am beyond grateful for what we were able to do together.

I want to give a huge shout-out to my amazing community of Corpus Christi, Texas. Because of you, this grandma and her grandbabies will wake up to a Christmas filled with love, warmth, and joy.

I’ll be listing everyone below who helped make this Christmas miracle happen. From the bottom of my heart thank you.
