🌎💚 Happy Earth Day from your Pediatrics Family! 💚🌎

Today is a great reminder that even the smallest actions can make a BIG difference for our planet—and for our kids’ future! 🌱✨

As parents and caregivers, we can teach our little ones how to care for the Earth while building healthy habits that last a lifetime.

🌿 Simple Ways to Celebrate Earth Day:

✔️ Go on a family nature walk and pick up litter
✔️ Start a small garden or plant flowers 🌼
✔️ Use reusable water bottles & lunch containers
✔️ Turn off lights and unplug devices when not in use
✔️ Teach kids about recycling and sorting items ♻️
✔️ Spend more time playing outside instead of screen time

💙💛 Celebrate World Down Syndrome Day with Us! 💛💙

World Down Syndrome Day is observed on March 21st—a date chosen to represent the uniqueness of the triplication (trisomy) of the 21st chromosome.

You may notice lots of colorful, mismatched socks being worn—this is because chromosomes are shaped like socks, and rocking fun, different socks is a way to celebrate individuality and start conversations about inclusion! 🧦✨

We invite our patients, families, and community to join us in celebrating by wearing your brightest, boldest socks today!
