Post-Op Healing Is a Process is soooooo long ✨

I always say day 1 yay I made it I’m alive!

Day 2 -7 Swelling, inflammation, and fluid buildup
Weeks 2–6 Bruising improves but swelling and tightness are now starting to hit
2–3 Months: Tissue begins softening, but healing is still ongoing
3–6 Months: Scar tissue remodeling and contour changes continue
6–12 Months: Swelling gradually improves results refine
1–1.5 Years Final healing softening, and full results

Post-operative healing is a long process, and consistent care can support your body every step of the way.
